Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the StickyCue iOS mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using StickyCue, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. License to Use

Subject to these Terms, Ong Weili grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the App on any Apple-branded iOS device that you own or control, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

StickyCue offers optional premium features ("StickyCue Pro") through the following options:

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions: Billed on a monthly or annual basis. The Annual plan may include an initial 3-day free trial where indicated.
Lifetime Purchase: A one-time non-consumable purchase granting permanent access to Pro features.

            Subscription Terms: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your iPhone Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions.
        

3. User Responsibilities & Acceptable Use

You agree to use StickyCue in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations. You are solely responsible for all content (cues, checklists, notes) you create and store on your device.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

StickyCue is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind. While we strive to ensure high reliability for task alerts and reminders, we cannot guarantee that reminders will never be delayed or affected by operating system constraints, low battery modes, or hardware limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the App.

6. Standard Apple EULA

These Terms incorporate and supplement the standard Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA), accessible at Apple Standard EULA.
